Returns policy
Our Customer Service Team is on hand to assist you in the event of a problem with your order. Please immediately inspect your shipments upon receipt and promptly inform us of any damage or inconsistencies.
Please contact our customer service department for any return and shipping instructions prior to returning any products.
We’ll do our utmost to satisfy return product requests. Returns approved for ordered products should be initiated from the delivery of the product with the next day.
Replacement
We will replace the products in the event of any damage to the products after initiation of replacement within 3 days of delivery and after returning the defective product, we will replace the product within 5-10 days on average.
Shipping Details
We do not ship the products out of the USA.
When you place an order from Organic Veggies, We will calculate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on your products’ stock and the shipping options you select.
Shipping date estimates can appear on the shipping page. Please note also that the shipping charges are weight-based for several products we sell.
